Singers Knoll - Opening Event July 2012
From Super Dens, Amazing Hammocks, Bows and Arrows to Finger knitting and Sewing. The new sessions at Singers Knoll seem to be doing OK!
WPA were asked to come along to Singers Knoll estate and run some activities with the Children and Young people in their New Park.
Held over Thursday and Friday with a grand opening all day Saturday there was a tremendous turn out and so much going on.
From Super Dens, Amazing Hammocks, Bows and Arrows to Finger knitting and Sewing.
Everyone had an incredible time, spending so much of it out and about playing and having fun. One child stated that Finger knitting was brilliant at relaxing him and he could do it to stop him getting angry as he suffers from ADHD.
We had a positive response from all the local community and hope to be back in the park soon to help the play again.
