WPA Play

WPA were back in Plantation this week. The first session back was as lively as ever with 28 young people and 5 adults attending. 

The session had sporty play throughout with parents getting involved with the young people's games in the play park and the play then moved into the plantation with rope swings, hammocks and popcorn on the fire.

A very busy playscheme started today (Monday 8th April) with an upturn in the recent temperature and no rain on the horizon.

Even though there was a sprinkling of snow coming down and a very chilly wind blowing, there was a good attendance at the Bishop Sutton play area Playday. 

Today we started with a Hot Chocolate to warm us all up. It worked. Shortly after this a weaved willow hurdle wind break was made by a group of the children and then built upon to make a brilliant Den to have lunch in.
