Even though there was a sprinkling of snow coming down and a very chilly wind blowing, there was a good attendance at the Bishop Sutton play area Playday.
Today we started with a Hot Chocolate to warm us all up. It worked. Shortly after this a weaved willow hurdle wind break was made by a group of the children and then built upon to make a brilliant Den to have lunch in.
Great fun at the St Johns Woodland session making bows and arrows and catapults. The children and young people had a fantastic time and one girl made herself a hideaway to shoot her arrows out of.
