Sports and sewing in the sunshine at the Plantation
We had a brilliant time at our last Plantation Play session on Monday 23rd July. 15 Children came along for the activities we had brought with us.
We had a good game of cricket going on whilst most of us made hair braids and friendship bracelets. There was also a game of tennis going on when the rackets weren't being jumped over by scooters. We had a refreshing drink of squash which was appreciated in the glorious sunshine. There were also some rope games going on with lots of running around in the lovely hot weather.
Next week we will be building a Tipi in the Plantation, making popcorn over the fire and making some fruit kebabs for a healthy snack. Come along and join in the fun every Monday from 3:30 - 6pm.
